Did you find the fuse yet? If not, it is indeed a 30A fuse and it is located in the front storage bay, in a wire harness loom at top front of bay, you will see where harness attaches to switch on...

5th wheels do not use "stabilizers" in the front like a TT does. You can add a stabilizing system to the front landing gear like JT Strongarms or steadyfast and the like.
