Mine quit after 3 years. I ended up replacing it with a new unit with Apple/Android Auto Play so I could connect my phone direct to the unit for my maps and music. Much better than the Jensen.

A little trick you can do to help the seals fold out and in and lay flat is to attach a piece of auto body side molding (can get on Amazon) to both sides of the slide from top to bottom (or almost)...
