Yes, The Anderson hitch does require safety chains and they sell them as an option. Note it does depend on the state you live in. Not all States require safety chains on Goosenecks.

Yes I have the 3.92 rear end with the limit slip provision. We are really happy with it as it gets better mileage then the Hemi we traded in, and has no problem towing our trailer.

Yes it is a nice rig as we also have a 2015 wildwood 27RKSS and pull it with a 2016 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel . We put the Air Lift 1000 Bags on it to prevent any sag and to assist WDH on the trailer....
