Final update

Finally received my check less tax and shipping. From beginning to end this process took 10 weeks to fix an awning motor by their warranty department. So yes, the warranty is a joke!

Thanks Joe, at least you and some others understand. Most of the folks on here are good people. My frustration with FR is that they were rude from the beginning, most companies are not like this....

The MSRP on my trailer was $44,563. I didn't pay that of coarse.I paid $29,000 for it. The point I was trying to make is that for a $40k trailer of theirs, the are fighting me over a $300 service. ;)

Why in the world would anyone get an extended warranty...
