Replace frameless widow gasket help

Outer window seems to have pulled loose from it's frame/inner window. Looks like the gasket pulled loose at the bottom. Anyone have a fix for this, or a resource? 3250 Cardinal. Thanks in advance.

Checked for wiring issues and found it at the adapter connection to the bumper
plug. (CURT part # 5600) Appreciate the help from all. Probably saved me $500 for that trip to the dealership.

Water heater door pin broke off

One of the two small pins at the bottom of the water heater frame snapped off at some point. The heater door sets down onto these two pins. Fix?
