When the mesquite blooms

Here in Texas we have mesquite trees, bushes, scub. The saying goes that when they bloom winter is over and no more freezes. 99% of the time this is true.

They are in bloom now I de-winterized.

Update on warranty inspection

I picked up my trailer Saturday. They turned it around in 3 days. $205 for the above listed Forever warranty inspection.

Service manager quoted me around $200 for the service or annual inspection required to keep my "free" warranty active. The service writer seemed like a really nice guy and kept smiling the whole time...

I did get AF to flow through bot HW and CW fixture and pumped two more gallons just to be sure.
