When things cool down a bit i will talk to them about a bigger truck for sure. I pull a 35' TH with a GMC 2500 Duramax and I dont have any problems.

For starters be sure the water pump is turned off, unhook any water supply, be sure water heater is off (both gas and electric) then look around the outside for a decal marked Low Water Drain Open...
