I pulled the sensor today and it was dated May 2012 so it is exactly 60 months. I ordered a new one today so we will see if that takes care of the problem. Good to know that low batteries can also...

Thanks to all for the response. I was plugged into shore power so was not running on battery, would that make a low battery still a potential problem?
