I would jack on the spacer between the tires, just like if you had to change a tire. The spacer evens out the pressure on the frame.

Our Windjammer 3006WK was built in Jan 2017, and the floor is plywood. You should be able to remove one of the heater vents, and see the edge of the floor material.

The sink should not back up when the black tank is full. The sink should drain into the gray tank, and should not be affected by the level of the black tank. The black tank is only for the toilet.
