Check your clearance!

First check the measurements of the two toilets. The 310 is longer and when they shipped one to me it would not fit where the 300 was. They had to ship me a 300 that they SAID was problem...

:) I called Dometic this morning. They are shipping a re-invented 300 to replace the smelly 300. They haven't told me what to do with the 310 yet. Expect they will want it shipped back.

Big problem - it doesn't fit!

Well Dometic was kind enough to send us a new toilet. They replaced our model 300 with the model 310 which is the porcelain one.

After reading this thread I went out and yup - we have a 300 model too. Explains why despite many cleanings it still smells.

I talked to Dometic and they referred me to Sealander 1-800-321-9886...
