Bacteria and other nasties from your black tank can and do exist in your rinse pipe. Your shower is connected to your fresh water system and connecting that to your black tank rinse can allow this...

I used my outside shower once this year. We had a cookout with lobsters at our campsite and the pot we cooked the lobsters in was too big to fit under the sink faucet.
