Looking at the manual on the Pd-9200 series...

Looking at the manual on the Pd-9200 series converter, there are indeed 3 reverse polarity fuses located on the converter, and they are 25 amp for the PD-9270 as the OP has.

When have you replaced it, or checked the water level in it?
