The Australians have a system where you attach about 8 or so plates and hook them up to your battery, this controls the rust as they are always backing their trailers in the ocean. You can google it...

Nothing, had the dealer install the hitch, bought a WDH set it up, bought some extended slip on mirrors,unless you are going up a hill, you don't know it is there.

That is the route we just took, very enjoyable, ear plugs always work. Did the Chicago a few years back, loved the city, but the traffic was too much, plus the scenery is nicer up higher.
