Curtain rod for privacy

We wanted a bit more privacy up front so we repurposed / modified an expandable curtain rod so we can hang curtains across the front of the Roo

I used 1 1/2" PVC to overlap the curtain road enough...

I have a 3" foam topper on my front bunk, a 2" for the rear, plus DW made a set of fitted sheets. I am able to fold both mattresses and close both ends without removing anything.
