Check to make sure the fan knob is pressed all the way on the shaft. Ours has vibrated off a time or two, since it is just a friction fit onto the shaft.

I just use the screw-on plastic cap that came with the trailer (2012, A-122) to seal off the grey water outlet when not in use. Simple, quick, and easy.
