Great write up. We've got an e-Pro 19FD as well and love it. Some of the build issues we've had are similar, drawer under seat, hinges on murphy bed.
Overall really nice trailer though

Ours is a 2019 and yes, the sewer storage is a tube underneath. The Solar on the side is an SAE plug. I bought the Renogy 100w suitcase portable and ordered a 20' extension cable. Works like a charm....

We have the same trailer and I tow it with a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the tow package and a WD hitch. It tows fine, goes uphill and downhill fine and with the WD hitch it isn't even affected...
