Is it a Garmin backup camera? Have you tried connecting the camera you have to the Garmin 890?

Garmin makes their own backup camera. I have no idea if the Garmin 890 can connect to any other brand...

I would try flipping off/on the "GENeral purpose" breaker. When you turn it OFF, exaggerate pushing the switch to make sure you completely trip it, then turn it ON again.
