Not familiar with your specific door but on mine, there are a total of three cam latch/locks. If each doesn't snug the door tight on the seal that could well be the source of the leak(s). On mine I had to adjust the cams by bending slightly so that when I turned the latch or lock I needed to push in on the door so I was compressing the seal. Repeated for each so the door was tightly sealed.
Also, check to make sure the top hinge is properly installed. It may be leaving the top of the door loose on the seal. Only cure here is to remove attaching screws from hinge to body, fill holes with doweling glued in place (gorilla glue is great for this) then re-drill holes and insert screws so door is tight at top when closed.
