Hello, can someone please suggest how to check whirlpool refrigerator not cooling ? The lights are on, we can hear the motor running. We are running off campsite electric. Thank you

I'm assuming this is a Whirlpool residential refrigerator?

If so, sounds as if you have power (light is on) and you hear something running. (maybe compressor not motor?)

That typically indicates an internal problem which will likely require removal of the refrigerator. To replace some residential refrigerators in R/Vs, a slide out needs to be removed as they will not come out/go in the door.
