2017 Sandpiper 379flok Roof sealing help!

Just bought this RV & previous owner told me that the roof sealant process needs to be done every 2 years. He gold me he done it last fall. So my question is... Does it really need resealed every 2 years or should we do it every year or what's all of your opinions on this?
Thank you all so kindly for any replies you send my way.

Very Sincerely,
Kimmytheone

Very Sincerely,

It needs to be inspected at least every 6 months. I would never wait 2 years to inspect the roof.
That would determine if any re-caulking is necessary.

Thank you BIKENDAN! I will inspect it twice a year to check for cracks in all the Caulk. How often do I need to re-coat the top with the rubber sealer is what I'm wanting to know? Yearly or Every 2 years? I'm totally new at this RV gig. Bought this 42.9 foot 5th wheel in early December, & I'm already going to try & sell it. Sold our 20 year old home to live in this thing, & we haven't been able to do any traveling due to Husband having heart surgery, & took 2 months to get our hydraulic Jack's to work like they should. Too much maintenance for me. That's why we sold our home cuz I was doing all the maintaining.
Thanks again for your help.
