Tires are 1 year old, comes with a new cover bought from Camping World and 30 amp surge protector. All camping supplies are included water hose, outdoor carpet, pots amp; pans, dishes, etc .This is a well maintained and great travel trailer. It's only been used a few times. I am selling because we ve just had our first child and are moving.
The pictures don't show how nice this camper is. When the slide is out there's lots of room. Also, this camper has a lot of storage areas and an outside kitchen!
