I'm downsizing to a smaller RV. Included with this sale is a Reese Elite Fifth Wheel hitch, four new brake hub assemblies yes, the brakes work. I was planning to upgrade the brakes until I decided to downsize , large window vented de humidifier/AC for those high humidity days, propane grill that can mount to the outside of the RV haven't used in years so unsure of its condition , 50 amp Surge Guard, two 105 amp hour AGM batteries 7 years old, still going strong , and miscellaneous other items.
On the floorplan: There a free standing table and four chairs instead of dinette. There is only one Lazy Boy recliner. The refrigerator went out this spring and I have a residential refrigerator ready to put in it's place but will leave that up to the buyer. The sofa has an air mattress, pull out bed. A small leak in the skylight over the shower showed up a couple months ago some dicor sealant caulk should be all that's needed . I repaired a leak in her fresh water tank and replaced the gravity feed fresh water hose earlier in the summer. I planned to drop the underbelly to inspect everything under there but changed my mind after deciding to downsize. I recommend the buyer do this preventive maintenance due to the age of the RV.
I am the original owner and have clear title. We have been all over the country, from coast to coast and border to border. She has been a great trailer but I have bought a smaller RV 2023 Rpod model 201 to continue my travels. At 15,000 she is a great deal for someone.
