12 volt system

I have a 2022 cedar creek 377BH I’m not sure the whole 12 volt system is working properly. Seems the fridge has power but the panel doesn’t light up when disconnected from shore power I’m not sure What other thing run off 12 volt seems weird to have power to the fridge and not the panel. I had someone winterize it for me this past winter maybe I’m missing a switch somewhere. Any advice from someone ?

Have you checked the battery cutoff switch?
