on a pole as high as possible
and use an app on the phone to locate the broadcast towers

many people have telescopic or collapsible poles in sections
takes about 10 minutes to setup
try...... connect the cable to the cable IN
on the side that you would use for campground connection and then scan for channels

If you got internet connection , plenty of content to watch via Internet
no antenna required
I no longer carry the tv and just use ipads to watch TV

Our antenna got removed by a branch. I did not replace it. We use a Roku and our phone as a hot spot. It works great.
