Looks like the slide needs to come out and walls removed to get to the OSB. Make some locate marks with a felt pen on the studs and tin to make reattachment precise. Put a diagonal 1x3” pine from bottom plate to top plate to hold square on window wall. Use plywood instead of OSB. Find help!

Agree with a Californian ... woooo

you can make up a couple of simple , longish sawhorses out of 2x4
support slide so it does not fall out when you disconnect motors etc

put sawhorses in front of the extended slide
then disconnect the motors .... use muscle power to wrestle the slides onto the saw horses
once the slides is out you can lay it down on the sawhorse ,

BEFORE removing floor brace the opening so it holds shape better
use better material than OSB for the repair

PS........... find/ fix the water leak tooo!

Good morning I feel your pain I had 4 rotted out slides on my cedar creek I did not remove the slides and each took about a day to replace
1 open slide fully 2 remove vertical flashing screws behind outside face on sides from bottom up about 1 ft 3 use car jack and long timber place under edge of slide and jack up about 2" until side is lifted 4 use another timber one end on ground screw into side holes of front face (this is so you do no extra damage )Remove jack the slide is now supported
and do other side Now the slide is supported from the sides 5 now go inside with jack and using long timber lift the top corners of the slide from the inside (use flat timber under top so as not to damage ceiling of slide) and lift enough to take weight off rollers Support with other timbers Do both corners Now you can remove the floor and off to home depot with your measurements I used form ply and a 1/4 " packer to get right thickness (important otherwise motors wont align with tracks )
In short jack up 2" support from slides Off the rollers
Make sure you seal everything back up properly it's very labour intensive but works I looked it up online about removing the slide and it's too much hard work
Good luck
