I am posting here looking for some direction or discussion on my 19.8 No boundaries travel trailer. I have always had issues with my door closing properly. Had warranty work done. Temporarily fixed the issue. After several trips out it has gradually become worse with no real solution. The last camping trip we took out we figured out the door issue. The entire sub frame is bending over the single axle. Now my sub floor is falling through the bottom of my passenger side of our camper. Is there a fix or way to correct and beef up?

Wow, so this is a failure of the frame? What year and how many miles on it? When you say sub frame and sub floor, I assume you just mean the frame and floor. The floor is just a 1 piece composite of wood, foam and vinyl, mated to the frame, which I assume is a Lippert.

Yes I guess it would be the frame and the floor falling down. Maybe separated from side wall frame to floor? Not real sure at this point. Hoping to find more information. 2021 roughly 1,000 plus miles a year. We camp in fall and spring.

I can't understand how that could happen, the factory construction videos show the floor attached to the frame as one of the first steps. I could see how the side walls might somehow shift off the floor, then gravity pulls down over time. Hopefully it is repairable, maybe a dealer can take a look and call the factory for some advice. Unless there was some accident or extreme use a 4 year old trailer with only 4k miles should look pretty good. Keep us posted as to what you find!

If it's a Lippert frame, contact Lippert directly. They have been known to make/cover repairs years after the Forest River warranty has expired.

Well I will give that a shot. I have it at a forest River warranty service location currently. It is the frame that has give away. They said it was common to see on the NO BO’s, however they haven’t seen one this bad before. Thanks for your information!
