I have a 2004 Georgetown xl 370ts, with three slides. Two slides are in the bedroom and go opposite of each other and one is in the living area (see image). We have been parked about 2 weeks and have several high wind storms. The red circled slides do nothing when I operate the switches for them (located by the green arrow on the drawing). No motor noise, no dimming lights, nothing. The third slide seems to work (lights dim, motor noise, moves) but I didn't pull it in much at all because I don't want it to get stuck in as this is my house and I need the space.

I don't know if it adds value to the conversation but the red circled bedroom slide has needed adjusted since we bought it. It is cocked at an angle towards the front of the RV a small amount which allows water to enter the seal if it rains and it is out. I was actually going to try and tackle that issue this weekend, but now I cant even operate the slide.

After 19 years most things do need a little adjustment. If you have water intrusion past the seals replace them. I would ensure your batteries are at 100% (not with the idiot lights) tested with a meter. Also check the power cables leading to the slides for a tripped breaker (in the house battery location). JMHO

I could be wrong but after some trouble shooting, it seems like the slide that is still operational is electric, and the other two are hydraulic.

OK different trouble shooting. Start with checking the fuse panel for a blown fuse to the hydraulic pump.

Seadog, I appreciate your help with this. All fuses and circuit breakers are good.

I decided to try the jacks as they are also hydraulic and when I turned the panel on, the "park break not set" light came on which has never happened, and of course the jacks wouldn't work either. No that light stays on even with the panel off. So after a bit of google searching, it was advised to spray some lube onto the park brake plunger switch and manipulate it, and if that didn't work, to check the brake fluid low sensor. It didn't work, and the problem is I have no idea where the fluid low sensor is....

OK it seems you have access to the PB switch have you tried bypassing it so that the system thinks the PB is on? I think I would try that I.

Welp.... I feel like an idiot, but I am posting it anyway so that maybe someone else can learn from my issue. Apparently the hydraulic pump requires a signal from the battery to engage, even when on shore power. At my entrance, I've got a battery USE/STORE switch and it always says store since we moved last, no matter what I do. Well thankfully, there is a battery override switch on the dash that I accidentally hit while trying to climb underneath and low and behold, the parking brake not set light went off. So I wedged a notepad behind the battery override rocker switch and was able to move my jacks and slides just fine.

So it seems my true issue is that stupid disconnect panel is stuck and this could be someone else issue in the future.
