I finally got my new 30FW and put these custom 20" wheels and tires on it. I started a post a year or more ago asking others with little assist but lots of questions and speculation.

From my older post, the pics were from 2 guys with Isata 5's who I found with these Stazworks custom wheels. I talked with them several times before pulling the trigger on mine. I worked with Stazworks for a year before deciding on these.

I put 200 miles on this setup this weekend and very happy with the results. I do alot of highway miles but boondock in Moab often so airing down a tire for better traction in sand/dirt was important. The ride is softer and more muted now and much better on gravel/bumping roads. I can still cruise at 80mph pulling a trailer. Here are the details:

-20"x10" 2 piece custom wheels made from a military wheel. It's not a beadlock.
-Load rating is 10k per wheel
-Used my OEM TPMS and attached with double stick tape and 24" hose clamps around the inner wheel barrel. Works great.
-295-75-20 tires - this tire has the highest load rating of just over 4k lbs ea. Similar to the OEM 19.5 tire. I bought the Michelins because they're excellent tires and I didn't want a real aggressive tread since most of my miles on highway. The sidewall is much softer than OEM but again the ride is great and not too soft where the tire rolls over in a corner for example.
-I added 1/2" spacers to the front bumper to get the clearance I needed lock to lock. The guys above cut their bumpers down but I found a better method with spacers.
-I cut out the inner lip of the fiberglass rear wheel covers leaving about 1/2" and there's no rubbing.
-Custom powder coated wheels to somewhat match my rig.
-I didn't have to balance these wheels as they're very straight. Michelins are known for being balanced well from the factory also. This was a plus.
-I added a 2" rubber fender flare for the front. Very nice product for the money. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0794BXHSQ?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
-$7k for the wheels....

This is not a cheap setup but very good quality and what I wanted. I know many of us don't like the OEM commercial setup so this is a great alternative. One thing I do want is a spare and one will fit under the rear of my 30FW so I'm going to work on a setup for that. Maybe it's not one of these custom wheels but something that will atleast work with this 295 tire if I had a flat.

Also for the record, my previous 30FW had the Continentals and my new one had the Hankooks. The Hankooks are SO MUCH quieter and more compliant on the roads. I'm guessing that's why Dynamax swithed over. Good job Brian.

is that a rear single then or still duals?
It's a dual setup. To do a single and have enough load rating you have to use the huge military grade tires which have an aggressive tread compound and are limited to 60mph. That's what Earthroamer uses. Not great for lots of highway driving.
