Hello All, I have searched this forum but have not found any information on my 23b Roo (Hybrid) torsion axles. Has anyone had any luck on replacing or using an alternative type of axle? I have not been able to find axle specs on my Roo.

There is a data plate on your axles. Gotta crawl under. Forest River can tell you what the OEM axle was by your VIN.

Similar (or identical) torsion axles are common on many trailers and are not specific to hybrids or campers. Just jack up your trailer and slide a couple underneath. Have this done at a trailer place, not a camper/RV place. Or have you new axles shipped to your home or shop. You can buy them complete with brakes, etc.

Start here (Dexter axles).

Thank you Chuck I called and emailed FR. Hopefully they get back to me tomorrow. Thats true I can just measure my axles and order new ones. I just wanted to now what weight they were rated at.

I am also having trouble locating any info on my slide out motor. The sticker is completely faded. I tried to research what I could and have hopefully narrowed it down to a "barker" type slide put.
