This Trailer is the front kitchen floor plan with a big bathroom in the center and rear Bedroom. We are upgrading to a fifth wheel trailer is why we are selling this one. Bought it new and it has been maintained regularly. It has new tires and wheel bearings this year. It's in very good condition. All appliances work as intended except the radio. I assume it needs a new one. Did not bother with as we don't use it anyway. It has XM sat radio also. Has electric tongue jack. Its 30ft with one slide. Table and chairs with atrium windows.
