2012/2013 17RR Axle topic - back in time...

Hey everyone, I have a possible purchase coming up, the seller says it's a '13 but based on the shape it's actually a '12 17RR. I've seen that a lot of people had axle issues, how do I find out if it's been upgraded, or if it has issues?

A 2013 would have probably been built in 2012. And since the frame/axles were probably supplied by Lippert, the axles could even be older.
