2013 Forest River Work and Play WRS 44 RLS.
I bought this trailer 2 years ago as a repaired salvage. Someone sideswiped it and did cosmetic damage on the left side and damaged one axle. I have pictures to show the damage before repair if you are seriously interested. It was completely repaired and I have not had any issues with it.
I've been to Missouri once, Louisiana to Houston 10+ times and Houston to Biloxi twice. It is currently located in Gonzales, Louisiana and we are moving to Calcutta, Ohio in a few weeks. I will not be hauling my truck around the south, so it will soon be useless to me.
This is the biggest and only one I have seen in this model. This trailer is approximately 48' from tip to tip. It has a 20' garage with a rear opening of 91.5 wide and 87 high. I installed a winch to pull my truck in. It has two sets of bunk beds in the rear and sleeps 10. Gross empty weight is just over 12,000.
Known issues: The front awning is missing (torn off in storm under original owner). I have the information from the factory to replace it if interested.
The vinyl material on the top of the couch and dinette has flaked its outer finish from the Texas heat.
Current used average retail is $36,500. Low Retail is $30,000. Considering it has a salvaged title and not perfect, I am seeking $25,000. This trailer has served me well and I'd keep it if I were not moving. I am seeking something more of a plain enclosed car hauler to fit my truck.
