We bought this motorhome and a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox toad both new to escape from the city as often as we could. Now, we have retired and live full time in a home surrounded by woods, fields and wildlife, and have decided that while we would still like to go camping occasionally, we have no need for the motorhome, nor the toad. So, we are downsizing to a TT, which we can tow with our truck, and selling both the coach and the toad, either together or separately.
THE COACH
The coach has 15,345 miles on it at the time of posting. It is in excellent shape inside and out. When not in use it has been stored in a dedicated enclosed pole barn.
Starting from the rear of the coach, there is a walk around king bed, two clothes hanging closets one is plumbed for a washer/dryer combo unit , and two large storage drawers. Storage cabinets over the bed.
Moving forward, on the passenger side is the bathroom with shower, sink, and a macerating toilet which Coachmen installed to replace the faulty original. This toilet has dual electric flush light/heavy which not only reduces water consumption but also eliminates clumping and allows for complete emptying when dumping.
Opposite the bathroom is a pantry cabinet with tons of storage, with drawers below. Next forward is a 4 burner stove with oven, and a microwave over. Adjacent to the stove is the kitchen counter with a double sink. Opposite the sink is a Whirlpool residential style refrigerator.
In the living area is a three seater sofa/bed, opposite a huge dinette which also makes into a bed. A further drop down twin bed is located in the cab space.
For entertainment there are three TVs: One over the dinette, one in the bedroom, and one under a storage door on the outside wall of the coach.
New house and chassis batteries were installed this year.
THE TOAD
The toad is a 2018 Equinox 2.0 LT with under 29000 miles on it at time of posting.
It has 12,000 miles on new tires.
It is equipped with Demco Stay In Play braking system and Demco tow bars.
We are looking for 22,500 as equipped
