We have just returned from a trip, and I went to re-winterize the trailer and it would not suck up the antifreeze like it has done before. I added water to the freshwater tank and set the levers correctly and it wouldn't pressure up to any faucet. I could hear it running, but very quiet compared to normal. I have assumed the pump is out, most likely the diaphragm. Anyway, I located the specs and a replacement pump but I can't seem to find anything that tells me where it is located and how I get to it. Any help would be appreciated before I start guessing.

Moved thread from the Tech and Repair section to the TT/5th Wheel section's Rockwood sub-forum since the OP is asking for model-specific information(water pump location).

Welcome to the forum, I see it is your 1st post!

I had a 2016 Flagstaff 8529 IKBS which was the sister to the Rockwood 8299 BS.
I realize it was a couple years older but my water pump was located behind a false wall on the right hand side as you were facing the curb side, front passthrough storage. (behind where the water connections and water heater are on the outer wall) You had to remove 4 well hidden Phillips head screws to remove the wall panel.

My water heater and water connections are on different sides of the trailer, but one place I suspected it to be was behind the wall where the water connections and valve levers are. Thanks

In case anybody else is ever looking for it, I found it behind the panel of the undercarriage storage area as suggested by 5picker. It was about 2 feet from the water panel under a lot of air ducts.
