2020 model question

Purchasing a 1 owner 2020 28fkv Wildwood. If you're heavy like me (6'2" 260lbs) is it normal for the floor to feel like it has some "give" here & there? The flooring/ linoleum all lays perfectly flat and looks perfect. It's most noticeable in the v area up front. I can't imagine a unit this new would have a rotten floor already but I guess anything's possible? Seems like it's near the heat vents in floor? It's been a destination trailer since new,sitting on a concrete pad, high & dry area. Thanks for any input.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. With these new rigs that are being made lighter to be pulled by lighter TVs the floors materials have changed. feeling a little give is not unusual unless it is really soft. If you have doubts have the under side inspected.
