The switch on the side turns the light on and off but now when its turned off it stays dim and will not go off. Anyone else had this issue and if so how did you fix it?

The switch on this light is not waterproof and is right in the path of any road spray when driving in rain. Best bet is to replace with light having no switch and move switch inside compartment right behind light where it's wires are located.

On my TT i have that compartment open whenever I need that light anyway. Light on my tongue jack does the job the rest of the time.

My previous trailer had this light mounted back near power cord and dump valves where it was more useful.

Docking Light

Thanks Titan Mike I think you solved my issue. I washed the Flagstaff on Thursday and used my water hose to rinse it off. Later that day I noticed the docking light was on but dim. I did find a Sigma water resistant Docking light on ebay that looks like it will replace mine.
