Hello all,

I am planning to put a ladder on the back of my 34BH and was wondering if anyone out there has a schematic or blueprints of where the supports are so I have a solid stud for the screws to grab onto. Thank you!

Moved thread from the General Community Discussion section to the TT/5th Wheel section's Vibe sub-forum since the OP's questions are specific to a Vibe product and are not general community questions.

OP, generally none of the Towable divisions provide any such documentation. Only a tiny handful of trailer owners have been successful getting diagrams or schematics.
You can try contacting the Vibe division directly but prepare to be disappointed.
There is no online resource for this.

You have to be careful adding a ladder to the back of any RV that doesn't already have one. There may not be the needed extra bracing to attach a ladder too.

I would contact the company "34BH" ??? probably by email and ask your question there. I have had great results contacting my rig's Mfg., Coachman when I've had a question. One time I called the main line number provided by Google on a Saturday because I had a water leak that looked like was coming from the ice maker in the fridge. I couldn't find the shut-off for the water line. On the second ring, a fellow answered, I explained my dilemma, and he asked for the Vin # of my rig and in seconds told me where to look under the kitchen cupboard. Problem solved.

Ladders seem to be going away from many newer models...... The support will not likely be in the walls.

I use my Werner 4-in-1 folding 11 ft. ladder at home to access the roof. I still need a step or two to get onto the roof. I originally bought it thinking it would fit into a basement bin to take on the road. But, at 56# it's a bit heavy and clumsy to carry in the rig. So, on the road, I can't count how many times I've had to access the roof, several times with our lightweight road bikes hanging off the ladder.

I don't think one of the collapsible ones would be lighter or bulky.

I have a ’24 26rk without the ladder, but, am fortunate in that I already had a telescoping ladder. A benefit I find is that I may move the ladder wherever it suits best. The downside is that I have less convenient attachment points for the honey wagon.
