This Rockwood tent camper is in great shape and a wonderful floorplan! It comes outfitted with the Extreme Sport Package that raises the ground clearance and includes a 200W solar panel along with 1000W inverter onboard. These allow you to reach remote camping spots that most larger campers can't reach and be able to have most of the comforts of home when you are there.
This trailer has been well cared for and garage kept for the majority of its life unless it was out camping. I have went around and resealed the silicone seams as is recommended each year. I have also just winterized the lines. We recently had an incident with a squirrel that went rouge a the campground causing me to make some minor screen repairs. We have added PopUp Gizmos to the camper to improve its ability to camp in the early spring and late fall. We also added reflective window inserts to help keep out the heat in the summer and keep the heat in during the colder times.
The front bed is 60"x80" allowing plenty of sleeping room. The second bed is 48"x80" again plenty of room for the kiddos or other campers. Both beds have internal mattress heaters and a 12V fan for circulation of air. We also added foam insulation layer under each bed area. There is a nice 3 burner range that has a cover and a small sink. This coach is equipped with an overhead kitchen cabinet and storage nets over both bunks. LED lights throughout the coach provide more than ample lighting There are plenty of USB ports for charging any items that you may need charged.
Outside you will find a portable griddle and small shelf that come in really handy. The EZ Reach Storage Trunk makes plenty of room for all the items you need to take with you. There is a Hot/Cold Spray port on the side of the unit that makes for easy outdoor cleaning times or shower time. There are 2 20lbs Propane tanks with an automatic switch over for those times one runs out. The battery box in the front is plenty big enough to house the batteries for your adventures while boon docking. However if you want to plug up to campsite or generator there is a 30 Amp service plug for your shore power needs. Along with connection points for TV outlet and Water hookups.
