2022 Forester 2651LE or 2022 Forester 2441DS Questions

hi. I have option to purchase either of these models. Both are same mileage. Anyone own one past or present with any insight or thoughts on either of these models ? Thanks.

Pretty hard to offer much help as floor plans are highly personal. Suggest you sit in each one and move around some and see which one speaks to you. More importantly spend much time on the physical condition of each unit. Service records if there are any, moldy smells or any evidence whatsoever of water leakage, doe EVERYTHING work as it should and the general cleanliness or upkeep of each unit. Mileage matters only a little (some folks live for many months or years in a unit without driving it much). I suspect the overall choice will be clear to you. You also can hire a professional inspection of condition. Good luck. Don’t hurry.

I don't own either but I would easily choose the 2441DS, over the other one.
The bed slideout and the roomy bathroom are big advantages.

Which did you choose? Looks like they discontinued the 2651 as I can’t find it on the Forest River site. Over a foot longer than the 2441DS apparently. Looks like the 2651 might have a “garage”. We’re interested in the 2441/2440. My wife loves the bathroom

The original poster has not been back since March. We may never know what the outcome was.

The 2651 does have a large pass though rear cargo box area, but I wouldn’t necessarily call it a garage. The layout is a personal choice between the two models, it doesn’t make the other wrong.
I’d pick the Sunseeker 2440 or Forester 2441.
