Question, we have a 2023 Sunseeker on 2022 MBNZ chasis. Whenever driving down the road and going over a bump or dip on the highway the rear jacks hit the pavement. This almost caused an accident when going around a curve at 60mph. The Sunseeker seems too bouncy when driving. When this happens the vehicle brakes and wants to go straight. I contacted the dealer and was told that I should take it to the Benz dealership. I was told that the shocks are not heavy enough to handle the weight Forrest River placed on the chassis. The dealership also stated that the current shocks should be replaced but since modifications were made by Forest River they could not warrant the shocks as they should have been changed to fit the sunseeker build out.

Forest River will not replace either because they said the shocks that come with the chassis are figured into their build and should not have been upgraded. The FR rep said there is nothing they can do as the specifications of the chassis are correct. I am concerned about loss of control. We have had this problem day one. 9,000 miles. Any thoughts? Is there a way to get this corrected?
Jacks clear pavement at 7 1/4 inches but hit hard going down a small dip or bump on the highway. Thanks for any input.

Ditto on the SumoSprings. I've got them on all four corners. They really reduce sway as well, especially when getting passed by a big rig.

Moved thread from the Forester and Sunseeker sub-forum to the Mercedes Benz Sprinter Chassis sub-forum since the OP's post is strictly about a MBZ chassis motorhome.
