2024 Dynamax Owners Tennessee Rally

Unfortunatley, we will have to cancel. Just found out that our grandsons graduation is that week. So, site 088 will be open to anyone.

We just booked site #105 for four nights, and look forward to our first rally!
 
The resort for the rally is sold out for our purposes. We have exceeded our limit on what we can handle for the event. I appreciate everyone that has booked a site to date, our registration website will be available in March to sign up for the events/meals.
 
We should have the registration website open in a few weeks. Trying to finalize a few details first. Thank you.

There's already 60 rigs booked up? If so, that's awesome.

We have exceeded the 60 sites. The resort kept selling sites, I believe we are at 67 or 68. So if everyone shows up, it will be our biggest event to date. Year 7 rally could be a biggy.

Registration is now open, you can click the link below, scroll to the bottom to register and pay for the meals and events. You should have already booked your site direct with the resort, now you register with the owners group. I would like for everyone to read this before registering for the rally (through our website). If you have not already booked a site at the resort, DO NOT REGISTER WITH US. The resort is sold out and we have had a few people call them and say...."Oh well I registered with Dynamax already". This is causing a mess with the resort. Please call the resort first, if there are no sites left, DO NOT REGISTER WITH US. Sorry for the confusion and sorry if the resort is sold out.

I reserved today at the resort and they have a different version, they stated the Dynamax Rally people said they were sold out and to contact them to see. As per the Dynamax Rally instructions I told her that we book with them first and she let me - site 97. I then proceeded to your website to book with the rally and that went through. Either I got a site someone cancelled or there is confusion on who is actually sold out. I received the booking information on facebook last week. If I got a site and reserved on Dynamax Rally website, is that all there is to do? Just want to make sure due to the confusion. Mike Benedict - this would be our first year attending.
 
As noted a few weeks ago we were sold out, the volunteers. The resort may have more spaces but we can only handle so many people, we also only have so many bags, giveaways etc. just trying to cap the madness.
 
You are not out anything if you have a site and registered with us. There is no way to separate our registration process for the events. I apologize that you feel we are not communicating well enough, but we all have day jobs and are doing this for fun.
 
Last week there was a message on Facebook group that the registration just opened, I went ahead and booked my site and reserved on the registration website. Does this mean I am out my fees and I need to cancel? If so, you have some bad communications going on and it may have cost me and maybe others some money. I was not on this thread, just following the Facebook information.
As shown in the last image, I followed your directions (on Facebook) and the resort had a site.

I will ask you to delete this post since you copied info from a private fb group.

Thanks, Just wanted to be sure since I booked both today. I hope I didn’t cause more confusion and look forward to meeting everyone. I don’t have a day job anymore and would like to help in the future, we live near Erie, PA so we could collaborate.
