2024 FROG International Rally, August 11-17, Goshen, IN

We are in also second time

5 picker ?? almost 20000 post and joined 2015 and never been?

Hope to se you there.

Never been.

Have wanted to go every year but my band gets booked that time of year many months in advance and I always had that commitment. I finally told the band after last year's rally, we simply had to block that week/weekend out. LOL, and to date, we've had 6 offers to play that weekend! Nonetheless it will be fun putting faces to names and looking forward to it for sure.

We are registered! Our 1st.
Looking forward to it!
Tim & Brenda

Whoo Hoo now we can finally meet, I am sure you will have no problem finding me out there, heck might even park you!!!:signhavefun:

I meant to register for volunteering for registration and somehow bypassed it. How can I add volunteering for us?
Please give me a call at the office tomorrow at (574) 825-8532 and I can add that to your registration. We like to get both members in an RV as volunteers when that's possible.

For those that are still pondering whether to put in for volunteer work at the rally…..

Helping out at registration, and helping out with the parking teams are great ways to meet other FROGS.

And……for those looking for something else…….volunteering for shifts driving the attendees around in golf carts around the fairgrounds known as “Pod Hoppers” is the most fun you can have with your clothes on!:D

Glade you got in. I had gone several years and was always hoping you would make it. Well now that I'm out of the camping business I will miss you. Its a fun time so enjoy. later RJD

Thanks Bob! Will call in the morning and yes both Jack and I are looking to volunteer!

X2 - Meet a lot of people that way

x3! The military pretty much ruined 'volunteering' for me, but I really liked helping out driving FROGs around on the carts. Pretended I was a Disney bus driver (the ones back in the day when they were allowed to talk to people and be fun!). Did the cart detail every time we went. The more people volunteer, the more the rally runs like a well-oiled machine.

NJKris is right. Volunteers are the lifeblood of FROG, both at the International Rally and in hosting or helping at remote rallies as well.

What's nice about Goshen is, it's so long you have plenty of time to take the tours, checkout stuff on your own, participate in 'on campus' events, and still have time to volunteer. Not having to cook makes such a difference how much fun you have and time to do stuff.

Thanks. The FAQ answers the first part, but not the second. However, in order to make a truly informed decision I'd need to also know the rally events schedule, I'll just wait until I'm on site to make a decision.

Ok, glad it helped, some of the other volunteer spots needed during the rally will be Pod Hoppers (golfcart shuttles) which is a very fun job, you get to learn the fairgrounds and meet a lot of people, helping at the FROG office in the vendor building where is another opportunity to meet people. Will also need help in building A with tables for meals, meaning cleaning setting out the desserts for dinner and I am sure FROG Bob and Momma FROG could add some other volunteer positions needed. :signhavefun:

Frog 2024

Looking forward to going to the rally again this year. Enjoy your retirement

This will be our first F.R.O.G. event and we are looking forward to meeting some folks. It appears that the fairgrounds can accommodate quite a few campers. I'm curious as to how many trailers typically attend this, which appears to be one of the larger events..

We've typically had around 500 RVs there for the past few years. We've had as many as 800, but that's far too many for the buildings and other facilities to accommodate as we like to do it.

I'm not sure if we will be able to attend this year, which is a real bummer for me. SOOO, I'm offering this idea for someone else to make some money. I'd put one on my badge... :roflblack:
