2024 Isata 5 30 FW EXP Slide out issue

My bedroom slide errored out due to low power (my mistake) when extending. Went through the reset procedure. I had to reset the stops as I was getting the seven red light flashes. The issue is one of the two motors does not work. I hear a click when attempting to engage the motor, but no action. The motor is the one nearest the rear of the coach. I tried a hard reset and checked the fuse. All good. Any suggestions? Blown motor? Or is there another issue with the controller, etc.

hmm similar issue with my Isata 3..waiting to hear the fix.

This was from a different rig, but I thought you could check. The slide will retract straight until halfway the right side stops. Bummer, we were about to leave for camping.

I checked for hours- fuses, reset button, and looked for a manual crank(did not find). Ha! My wife found the controller box hidden next to bathroom tub and linen closet. I was able to see the error code, something to do with voltage/circuit(?). My DW followed the wires to the motors and voila! A loose wire in the rh side motor. I secured the connection and problem fixed. We were able to go camping that day. Yeah, my DW is better than me diagnosing things even after working her double shifts that day.
