2025 Dynamax Isata 3 Finally Home, 14 Week Quality and Service Nightmare

i see two main themes here

company that is trying to work within the limitations of a Retailer
(Not a dealer as in Auto industry model)

AND
Frustrated owner (been there) .... that has been more than likely been given the run around by a retailer

I would DUMP the retailer (RV repair store) and used another ,
at least pester them every day .................. where is my RV?
then dump them... get a mobile tech and develop a good relationship for future work
mobile techs can do a ton of work... and you are usually speaking to the person that matters... the person who will be doing the work and making schedules and decisions!

I had one tiny problem in a Salem TT
FR sent me a list of people in my area... they kept in contact with me and made sure it was fixed
no out of pocket expenses for me even though the work was performed by mobile tech
