2025 Geo Pro Lights randomly turning on

After five years of tent camping, my wife and I finally took the plunge and bought our first travel trailer! We went with a 2025 Forest River Rockwood Geo Pro G15TB, and after having it for about three weeks, we're slowly getting it ready for our first trip in April.
That said, something strange happened overnight. This morning, we woke up to find all of our camper lights on. As you can imagine, this is pretty concerning for several reasons. I checked our security footage and saw that the outside lights turned on at 12:49 AM, followed by the inside lights a second later.
My phone is connected to both the solar controller and the Power Pro panel, but at 12:49 AM, it was charging and too far away to have connected. That leaves only two possibilities—either a physical button was pressed or a voice command was triggered.
My camper is currently plugged into our house with a 12-gauge extension cable, so I’m not worried about battery drain. However, my bigger concern is the water pump and water heater. If the lights are randomly turning on, what’s stopping the other systems from powering on, too? It was 12°F here last night, and my camper is still winterized, so this could have been a real problem.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any ideas on what might be causing it?

See this thread as others with the geo pro have reported the same. It appears you may have to do a reset/update of the system, which others have done in this thread below:

I have wondered if that panel could be sensitive to RF, a lot of modern electronics are not properly shielded and bypassed. Since I am putting a high-power ham radio in the 2025 15fbs, I will find out.

Let me know what you find. I've just started playing with GMRS and see HAM as my next step.

@nim401: I pulled out one of the drawers in the 15fbs today. Lots of space back there to put radios with remote front panels. In fact, it's mostly empty. The large space to the left of the toilet is mostly empty too, it has part of the wheel well, and some wires pass through. Nothing is shielded and the Power Pro "lights go on randomly" issue is due to poor grounding. So, I have a lot of work cut out for me.

I’m having the same issue with my newly purchased 2025 Flagstaff E15FBS. I’ve tried everything per the tech reps but not the grounding. I’ve requested through WFCO warranty department a replacement panel model number WF-3610. I did receive authorization for a replacement panel. I’m currently waiting on my new panel to be delivered. I did notice the wires (white in color) which should be the 12 vdc negative ground from the various appliances and lights, etc. were terminated on a grounding block. That block should be grounded to the frame of the rv. You might start checking there and see if the ground bar is groundedto the frame of the rv and that all the white wires are tight.
