Plans for the 2025 Riverstone owner’s rally are already underway. This time we’re heading to LA (lower Alabama, that is). The 2025 owner’s rally will be held October 20-27, 2025, at the brand new Tropic Hideaway RV Resort in Foley, AL. Tropic Hideaway Resort is part of the Poarch Creek Indian OWA entertainment theme complex featuring one of the largest water parks in the U.S. It’s also located just a few miles from Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, AL, one of the most beautiful sugar white sand beaches in the country. On vendor day we will have a Riverstone factory rep and RV industry suppliers of Riverstone components and accessories there to answer questions. We may even have limited-service capability. There will be plenty of activities which may include golf, shopping at the Tanger Outlet and a visit to the Pensacola Naval Aviation Museum, home of the Navy Blue Angels, to name a few. Of course, don’t forget some of the best fresh gulf seafood and steaks to be found anywhere.
We currently have 34 sites reserved, 17 pull-thru and 17 back-in. All are 50 amps with full hookups. It’s first come, first serve so get your reservations in early. The resort has 180 unit capacity and we may get more sites as needed but these first 34 are grouped together for the rally. We have secured special pricing for this event. Pull-thru sites are $468.87 and back-in sites are $425.61. These rates are for the entire week and include all fees and taxes so no other discounts apply. A $100.00 is required at the time reservation is made with the balance due when you check in. Please review their website (attached) for their cancellation policy. Tropic Hideaway normally utilize the Campspot app for reservations. However, for the Riverstone owner’s rally it is Important to follow the following instructions to guarantee the quoted rates:
Call the Tropic Hideaway Reort directly at (251) 955-3157 and speak with either Scott or McKenna. Tell them you are reserving your site for the October 20-27, 2025, Riverstone Owner’s Rally. They will help you with your site selection, confirm your reservation and answer any questions you may have. Their business hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm CST.
One other favor we ask of you. After you receive your reservation confirmation, please either PM, text message or email me with the following information:
Names of people in your group attending, your site number, where you’re from and contact info.
