I was exploring what features a 2025 A213HW might have and learned the HW model will be no more and will now be A213HS.

Looks like the A213HS has a bigger fridge, stove has been moved, no microwave, 1,000 more heat pump BTU's, no electric lift, and 25 amp converter (down from a 35 amp ?).

From images don't see radio, speakers or external antenna, porch/exterior door light, or wi-fi extender. As a plus you can add ProRac Permanent Crossbars (150lb rating) to mount bikes or water craft.

Very curious about lack of microwave, and if it really does just have a 25 amp convertor, and why.

The outside of the fridge looks bigger but not sure of size or if it has a freezer. The specs only say 12V Refrigerator w/ 100W Roof Solar Panel. I wonder if the 100 watts solar can keep the fridge cool while moving.

I wonder what type of solar controller it has; PWM or MPPT. I also wonder if you can you expand the solar on the roof to say 200 watts (if it is internally wired through the roof panel in a manner so you could change from a 100 watt to 200 watt panel with minimal issues, for example).

If anyone has any insights on these changes and/or my questions I would be curious to learn what you know.

I talked with a rep. Not long ago about the changes and he said that most new campers are going with a 12v frig and not 3 way. They’re cheaper and cool better…if the 12v frig coolers are any indication I would think they would be pretty efficient but those that have one will be better able to chime in.

As for the solar…I have a 2018 with factory solar…it has the Go Power system. Much has changed in the past 8-9 years since mine was built but I would say this…I’m adding portable panels and not adding more to the roof. The camper is pre-wired although straight to the battery. I’m modifying mine to go to the solar controller vs adding a panel and additional controller.

I never use the microwave and didn’t in our previous A Frame…more storage or a bigger frig would be much more appealing
