I'm am in some dire need of help. I have a water leak coming from what appears to be beneath the shower/toilet area. I have seen the schematics for the waterlines on this camper (21 Rockwood HW277) but have no clue the best way to access them. I am trying to avoid removing the entire shower, but is that really the best way to gain access? I have gone under the camper and removed the p trap cover and can see the water lines run across the opening but it's barely large enough for a hand to reach around. Any advise or help is appreciated, just trying to avoid taking this thing to a shop. Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere.

Thanks!

Moved thread from the Tech and Repair section to the Tent Camper and Popup section since the OP has a popup and for better help from other Popup owners.

OP, not sure where you saw a plumbing schematic but schematics and diagrams for Towables are generally not available for the consumer.
There is no online resource for that documentation.

Someone else had posted either here or a different forum website, but I do have access to it. It shows where the lines are for water, drains, and gas on this and I believe the 296 model

On my HW27KS there is a panel inside, on the shower wall. If you have this, have you looked behind there?

There is a cover as mentioned above however the rectangular white cap above toilet wall behind the toilet can be removed and there are several connections there. You can also look from underneath the slideout (outside) to see if you see water there. Depending on even a little bit of tilt it can leak from the filter/under seat area and flow that direction towards the rear making you think that is where the leak is all the while it is elsewhere.

If you take that cap off be sure to seal it back up well. It is fiber/particle board under the white and if it gets wet from shower use its gone.

Keep in mind that it is very unusual to have a leak in the middle of a plumbing line. Except when a screw, nail, or air staple has pierced a line, all leaks happen at the joints and fittings.

Concentrate on spots where a branch tees from the main line or connects to a fixture, or maybe where an elbow is used.

Yes, what Larry is saying is more than likely what is happening. I had what I thought was a leak under the fridge. Turned out that the water pipe that goes under the slide out had come loose. There's a thin aluminum panel under the dinette slide out, pull that back and check all the water connections that run under the dinette. I've added a pic of the panel. Update us if you find the issue.
