2146BHX spare tire mounting options

My spare tire is mounted under the front triangle. After having to get it off I hate that location and just curious of other options because the only other thing I can think of is just keep in truck bed, under tonneau cover, but I don't want to give up that bed space. It doesn't fit in the pass thru door, and rear bumper isn't an option due to bikes.

I keep thinking of some way to mount on top of triangle but would have to be upright in circled area. Anyone done anything similar to carry spare?

Why do you hate the location, does it interfere with something or has bad road clearance? Just curious as convenience isn't a major consideration for something I'm unlikely to ever use.

That was always my thought till the first time I had to get it off and use. Other than being a pain to access laying on your back under trailer, it does reduce clearance, and depending on the situation required raising trailer nose up a lot to have enough room to drop the tire. Not big deal, just turns a 15 minute tire change into 30.
