21SS fixes

I have some damage on the top of my 21SS from a fallen branch.
I can do the glass work myself BUT what my question is what is the beast painted with?
Looks like Gel coat but I'm not sure.
Anybody have a clue?
Called FR but all I got was an answering machine from the head of "coatings".

Hi Tim.

When you state, "damage to the top", do you mean damage to the roof or damage to the top of the side wall???

If it's the Fiberglas sidewall, it's not painted. A color is added to the resin mix.

Also, it is defiantly not a Gel-coat finish.

As Radio stated, posting a picture would help.
